U.S. Post Office Holds Mailbox Improvement Week May 21-27 The U.S. Post Office has designated May 21-27 as Mailbox Improvement Week to encourage customers to examine and, where necessary, improve the appearance of their mailboxes. This week calls attention to the need for providing mailboxes that are: 1. Approved by the Postmaster General. 2. Designed to protect the mail from weather. 3. Safe to use. 4. Conveniently located. 5. Neat in appearance. Mailboxes that meet these five important requirements help delivery and collection operations. There are three approved styles of curbside mailboxes: 1. Traditional design. 2. Contemporary design. 3. Locked, full, or limited service.

RECYCLING: Bethel Township has a collection box for aluminum cans only and an American Flags collection
box - no sticks please, located in the side parking lot of the municipal building
All other recycling can be recycled at the Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority, 1610 Russell Road, Lebanon, PA 17046
